Mr. Eiseman, a founding member of the firm, graduated from Emory Law School in 1982 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Law Journal. Mr. Eiseman then practiced commercial real estate law at Weil, Gotshal and Manges LLP for ten years. Mr. Eiseman has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including complex and sophisticated financings, sales and purchases of real estate throughout the country, including net-leased properties, sale-leasebacks, sales and acquisitions of loan portfolios, and restructurings and workouts of troubled loans. He also has extensive experience working on real estate matters that require the application of multiple disciplines, such as the sale and acquisition of corporations, leveraged buyouts and bankruptcies. Mr. Eiseman graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1978 and is a member of the bar of New York and New Jersey. |

Mr. Lehrhaupt, a member of the firm, is a graduate of Queens College and St. John's Law School. After graduating law school in 1975, Mr. Lehrhaupt practiced for five years at Wien Malkin & Bettex and thereafter joined Integrated Resources, Inc. as corporate counsel. From 1986 through 1994, Mr. Lehrhaupt practiced real estate, corporate law and commercial law in his own practice. Mr. Lehrhaupt joined Eiseman Levine as a partner in 1995. He has extensive experience in real estate-related matters, as well as in stock and asset acquisitions, private placements and leasing. |

Mr. Kakoyiannis, a member of the firm, has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1975. Mr. Kakoyiannis is a graduate of the Herbert H. Lehman College of the City University of New York and St. John's University School of Law. He has extensive experience working on matters representing lending institutions in dealing with their commercial as well as real estate loan transactions. His clients have included, among others, distributors, software companies, franchisees, franchisors, brokerage firms and private equity funds. Mr. Tomlin, Of Counsel to the Firm, has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on complex sales and acquisitions as well as office, retail, net and ground lease transactions. In addition, Mr. Tomlin practices in the areas of corporate law and trademarks. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Tomlin practiced as a consulting engineer. As an engineer he focused on the environmental issues associated with commercial real estate development, power plant expansions and the decommissioning of petroleum facilities.
