Mr. Levine is the head of the Litigation Department. He became a member of the firm after practicing in the litigation department of Proskauer Rose LLP from 1992-1996. He graduated from Union College in 1980 and Hofstra Law School in 1986 and received a Master Degree in Middle Eastern Politics from the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies in 1981. After four years in private practice at White & Case, Mr. Levine joined the U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Thrift Supervision, where he prosecuted savings and loan fraud for almost three years. While at OTS, Mr. Levine worked closely with various U.S. Attorneys' offices around the country, as well as other regulatory agencies including the Office of the Comptroller of the currency and the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with bank fraud prosecutions. Currently, Mr. Levine represents both plaintiffs and defendants and his clients range from individuals to Fortune 100 companies. A substantial portion of his practice is devoted to commercial litigations concerning contractual, partnership and other business disputes. In addition, Mr. Levine is frequently called upon to prosecute or defend clients in arbitration or mediation settings. He also represents clients in matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, the United States Treasury Department and various regulatory agencies such as the SEC, CFTC, OTS, NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX. In addition to his experience with civil disputes and government enforcement matters, he has counseled and advised boards of directors and individual board members of both for-profit companies and not-for-profit foundations and trusts. Finally, Mr. Levine has extensive experience in negotiating employment and/or separation agreements for senior-level executives in both public and private companies.

Mr. Weinstein, a member of the firm, graduated cum laude from Fordham Law School in 1986, where he served as Commentary Editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal. After clerking for the Hon. Warren Brody of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey - Appellate Division, he spent eight years in the litigation department at Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Weinstein has extensive experience as a litigator, including in the areas of intellectual property, antitrust, sports law, RICO, accountant liability, and general commercial disputes concerning contractual, partnership and other business issues. Mr. Weinstein earned a B.A. degree cum laude from Carleton College in 1968 and an M.A. degree cum laude in Jewish Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1975. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. He has served on several committees of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and serves as a volunteer arbitrator in New York City Civil Court and as a mediator in the Commercial Division of the New York County Supreme Court.

Mr. Heichel, a member of the firm, graduated from the University of Michigan in 1985 and magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1988, where he was Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. After graduation from law school, Mr. Heichel practiced in the area of complex litigation with the leading national law firms of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP for a total of eleven years before joining Eiseman Levine. Mr. Heichel's practice has focused mainly in the area of commercial litigation, including securities, real estate, antitrust, contracts, unfair competition and employment litigation, white collar criminal defense, sports law, administrative and regulatory matters and representation of non-profit institutions. He also represents clients in non-litigation matters in internal corporate investigations and before various state and federal regulatory agencies. Among other notable representations, he successfully defended a major international company in a $500 million securities fraud case, where a six-week jury trial resulted in a verdict of no liability.

Mr. Reiser became of counsel to the firm in January 2001, after practicing for more than twelve years at the firm of Hart & Hume (later Stockman, Wallach, Lentz & Gamell). He graduated from New York University in 1984 and received his J.D. with honors from Duke University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Reiser has a general commercial and litigation practice that includes extensive appellate work in federal and state courts. He has significant experience representing a variety of individual and for-profit and non-profit corporate clients in a broad range of large, complex matters involving: banking law, business transactions, civil consequences of white-collar crime (principally, fraud and embezzlement), corporate law (shareholder disputes and derivative actions), insurance law (fidelity and commercial general liability), civil RICO, securities law, suretyship, trademark, trusts and estates, and the Uniform Commercial Code. He is also retained by carriers as defense counsel for insured's under commercial general liability and fidelity policies and represents companies in the construction industry in matters dealing with contracts, litigation and mechanics' liens. Mr. Reiser is a member of the New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York, U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
